Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Clash VPN ("Clash VPN", the "Service", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information through the mobile application (the "App"). The App is offered on an "as is" basis, and we apply reasonable administrative, technical, and operational measures to protect your privacy.

When you download, install, or launch the App, we may automatically collect technical and usage data necessary to operate the service, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device model, operating system version, connection timestamps, in-app navigation, crash data, and approximate regional location. We use this information to: 1. Recommend suitable routes based on Clash VPN's node availability and service conditions; 2. Analyze aggregated and anonymized performance trends so we can improve stability, speed, and overall service quality; 3. Send important account notices, security updates, billing messages, or operational communications that are relevant to your use of the service.

We may share aggregated or limited data with essential service providers, such as Google Play Services, Firebase, analytics vendors, payment processors, or infrastructure partners, strictly for service delivery, troubleshooting, security, and product improvement. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information only when: 1. Required by applicable law, legal process, or binding governmental request; 2. Necessary to protect users, the public, or the Service from fraud, abuse, or security incidents; 3. Required for contracted vendors that operate under confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you want to close your account or request deletion of associated personal information, please contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we discover that such data has been submitted in error, we will take steps to delete it. We also maintain layered physical, electronic, and operational safeguards designed to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect regulatory changes, operational needs, or product adjustments. Please review this page periodically. Your continued use of the App after an updated policy is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law. This policy is effective as of October 4, 2025. Questions or suggestions regarding our privacy practices may be sent to [email protected].
